Formed in 2020, the SMS Soccer Centre brings together the Community and the Education department of SMS Changing Lives School along with other community activities, clubs, including our international work, anti-discrimination projects and social actions plans for the community.
We use the power of football and sport to motivate, educate and inspire. We believe that the power of football can be harnessed to support communities and individuals.
Our key motive is football development programmes, the however with our school link we work on a broad range of initiatives focusing on employment, education, social deprivation, crime reduction, youth offending and much more.

Jonny Davies
Soccer Centre Manager
I am the owner and proprietor of SMS Changing Lives School and the SMS Soccer centre.
I am a UEFA B licenced coach and have worked in the football industry for 15 years both in the UK and abroad.
My hobbies are football, boxing and fitness.
My motivation behind opening the SMS Soccer centre is to provide a safe rewarding environment for the local community to play sports indoors what ever the weather.

I’ve worked in the fitness industry for 20 years working as a gym instructor, personal trainer and class instructor.
I worked in sports development around Stockport and am passionate about getting young people interested in sports.
I am a boxercise and bootcamp instructor and am training to be a Krav Maga instructor.
My hobbies are gym, basketball, boxing and cycling.
